Return Policy

Seamless Refund/Replacement Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If there are any issues resulting from errors in our printing process or other mishaps under our responsibility, we are dedicated to offering a hassle-free refund or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is incorrect, damaged (photo proof required), or missing.
  • Please report any shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • For incorrect, missing, or damaged items, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Lost Packages: 

If a package is lost or marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer must file a police report and provide a copy to ShopIronOns. Submitting a police report is recommended to support the claim.

Approved Claims: Refunds for approved claims will be issued based on the approved claim amount.

Rejected Claims: Claims that are not approved will not qualify for a refund.
