Return Policy

At Shop Iron Ons, your satisfaction is our top priority. While our products are custom-made and typically non-returnable, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer a Seamless Refund/Replacement Guarantee in the rare case of an issue caused by our error.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete

  • A clear photo of the issue is provided

  • The issue is reported within 72 hours of delivery

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to customer error (e.g. incorrect size or design selected during checkout), as each item is made to order.


Time Window for Claims

  • You must report any issues within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  • If approved, return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


 Return Shipping

  • If a return is necessary due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs or send a replacement at no cost to you.


Refunds and Replacements

  • If your claim is approved, we will:

    • Send a replacement item free of charge
      OR

    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval


How to File a Claim

To begin the return or replacement process, please email us at admin@shopironons.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo proof of any damage or incorrect item

 

Lost Packages: 

If a package is lost or marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer must file a police report and provide a copy to ShopIronOns. Submitting a police report is recommended to support the claim.

Approved Claims: Refunds for approved claims will be issued based on the approved claim amount.

Rejected Claims: Claims that are not approved will not qualify for a refund.
